Keith Cantrell has over 12 years of revenue cycle management experience in healthcare provider organizations. He is a seasoned expert in all aspects of the revenue cycle including cash acceleration, net revenue enhancement and business process transformation. Keith has led numerous healthcare organizations throughout the nation to improve their cash collections, implement technology efficiencies, reduce days in accounts receivables and payor denials. His expertise includes redesigning and implementing front and back office revenue cycle processes, including insurance verification, charge capture, billing, collections, cash posting and customer service. He has demonstrated lasting results by establishing, monitoring and exceeding performance measures.
Prior to joining Pinnacle Partners In Medicine, Keith served as a Sr. Manager in the revenue cycle consulting practice with “Big Four” consulting firms. As Sr. Central Business Office Director of Anesthesia, he is responsible for all aspects of the anesthesiology revenue cycle.
Keith received his Masters in Health Care Administration from Southwest Texas State University and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University.
